Through strategic supply chain initiatives, Jess has instituted new technology on every continent except Africa. His experience in market introductions of new exciting technologies has produced over $2 billion worth of sales around the globe.
Dave Root, COO - Dave is tenured serial entrepreneur and business executive with extensive experience in startups and technology. Dave has a proven track record of achievement and success over the past 20 years of creating businesses and he has been involved in new technology for the past 15 years.
Ed Lentz, VP Technical Operations - Ed has almost three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Starting in the armed forces and continuing in the creation of the phone division at Midwest Detection. Ed has earned the Comp/TIA A+ and Net+ certifications. During his career Ed has worked with a diverse customer base and in locations around the country.
Matt Shoffner, VP of Marketing - Matt’s experience in strategic alignment is invaluable to CQ. He brings a strong career in business development, sales, marketing and corporate strategy. His breath of market knowledge, financial proficiency and strong emphasis on aggressive growth strategies makes him critical to the company. Matt holds a bachelors degree from Northwood University with a triple major in Economics, Banking & Finance and Business Management. He acquired a MBA in Strategic Alignment from Northwood’s Graduate School of Management.
Amy DeGeer Roten, VP of Communications and Public Relations - Amy’s extensive marketing communications background includes planning and implementing creative communications campaigns that strengthen branding and awareness, and increase sales for a wide scope of companies including Dow Corning, MidMichigan Health, Dow Chemical and more. Driven by results and sustainable solutions, she specializes in planning and executing content development and targeted messaging for integrated tactics.
As an editorial manager, she has developed custom content for global corporations.
Amy has a B.S. in English and Interpersonal and Public Communications from Central Michigan University and is the author of over 60 feature articles in seven nationally syndicated magazines.
